I’m new to yoga. Where should I start?
With so many practices in the Yoga With Adriene library, it can be a little overwhelming to decide where to start. Here are some suggestions.
If you are brand new to yoga, you might want to start with the Yoga for Beginners practices. You can find that playlist here. There are also Foundations of Yoga videos where Adriene goes deeper into specific poses and breaks them down, workshop-style. You can find those Foundations of Yoga videos here.
There are many other playlists on the YouTube channel for all kinds of needs: Standing Yoga, Seated Yoga, Hands-Free Yoga, Yoga for Back Pain, Yoga for Core, Gentle Yoga, Total Body Yoga, just to name a few. You can find all the playlists here.
Where can I find the 30 Days of Yoga series and their daily emails?
Every year, millions of people join us for our annual 30 Days of Yoga series. Each series builds on the previous practice day by day, and you can start any of them at any time. Adriene designed them for all levels, with verbal cues to modify up or down depending on your experience. Here are the introduction videos:
- Flow (2024)
- Center (2023)
- Move
- Breath
- Home
- Dedicate
- True
- Revolution
- Yoga Camp
- 30 Days of Yoga (the original series)
Each series has a daily email that acts as a companion to your practice. You’ll receive the Day 1 email on the day you start, then one every day after. Sign up for the daily emails here. If you need help with your daily emails, see the help articles at help.fwfg.com.
What is the monthly yoga calendar?
If you would like to connect and share a practice with others in the YWA community around the world, you are welcome to join us for the monthly yoga calendar.
Each month, we come together as a community around a theme that inspires questions and guides intention for a regular and sustainable at-home yoga practice. The practices on the calendar are curated from the YWA library and include the newest video each month too.
See this month’s yoga calendar and theme. You are welcome to drop in on whichever day of the week it happens to be.

Where can I sign up for Adriene’s Letter?
Adriene sends out a Love Letter to those who subscribe. You can sign up on the home page.
Where is my missing Letter?
Adriene’s Letter is typically sent on Sundays. If you were receiving the Letters but they’ve stopped arriving, first check back later in the day in case it arrives later than you expected. The most common reasons a Letter goes missing:
- The email landed in your Spam, Junk, Other, Promotions, or even Trash folder instead of your Inbox. Search those folders, and when you find it, move it into your Inbox. This helps future Letters arrive in your Inbox.
- Your email service updated its spam filters. Try adding letters@yogawithadriene.com to your contacts or safe senders list.
If the Letters still don’t arrive after trying those things, try signing up again. Be sure to click “confirm” in the email asking you to confirm your subscription. You’ll then get a Welcome email: feel free to reply to it with “adding to contacts”, so your email service learns these Letters are important to you. Then you should be all set for the next Letter.
